Search Supply and Experiences, within Sponsored Products, develops cutting-edge AI solutions to improve shopper discovery experiences. Our efforts our focused on solving these large and ambiguous problem for both the Search page and more recent conversational-based shopping experience. To accomplish this, we are investing in large language models (LLM), multi-modal Generative AI models, and other related DL methods. We work collaboratively across other organizations and influence the design of experiences that improve the shopper experience on Amazon by making discovery easy and efficient.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $309,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
